- A 25% deposit is payable online at time of booking. You do not have to pay a deposit for any amendments. You will lose your deposit for any cancellations within 24 hours notice of your appointment time. Any cancellations prior to 24 hours, deposit will be refunded in full. - You will be charged a full rate if a therapist turns up to the agreed appointment and you have forgotten or are not in. They will wait for 15 minutes unless they have spoken with you over the phone to confirm the disruption.
- For 'Mobile Spray Tan Rest of London' Service. This service is dependant on an artist being able to reach your location as it is outside of a standard area. Your booking will need to be confirmed by us and is not an automatic slot.
- Short notice or bookings made in the middle of the night are also subject to confirmation and are not an automatic booking.
- Please read our 'Before & After' tips on the website to prep for your spray tan. If it' s a mobile treatment be ready for when we arrive and please allow 10 mins either side of your booking time for traffic.

THE WALNUT CLUB WEBSITE When booking a Spray Tan on Demand service, The Walnut Club act as a booking agency for self-employed Beauty Professionals. Our contract with you is limited to the provision of use of our Website. Your Beauty Professional is responsible for providing the Services to you and you have a direct contract between you and the Beauty Professional concerning the provision of Services. This contract does not include us. You and the Beauty Professional are responsible for any taxes arising as a result of the Services. We review applications, conduct interviews and undertake other checks of Beauty Professionals with some of this process reliant on information from or undertaken by third parties. You acknowledge that we do not and cannot guarantee the accurateness or completeness of such checks, whether conducted by us. You acknowledge that you use Beauty Professionals at your own risk. When interacting with such Professionals you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons who are unknown to you. BOOKING THE WALNUT CLUB ON DEMAND SERVICES By making a booking through our website or over the phone, you warrant that you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information. After placing a booking you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. Please note that this does not mean your booking has been accepted. All Bookings are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email on behalf of the selected Beauty Professional to confirm the Booking (the ‘Booking Confirmation’). The contract between you and the Beauty Professional will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation. You agree that you will not seek to book any Services from any said Beauty Professionals other than via our Website or our App for the duration of this agreement and in the 3 months after the termination of this agreement. PRICE AND PAYMENT Prices vary according to location, type and duration of Service as described on the Website A deposit is due upon acceptance of the booked Service. The remaining amount is to be payed directly to your Beauty Professional Accepted payment methods are as described on the website. By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including billing and payment information. PROMOTIONAL CODES Promotional codes entitle you to a discount as set out by the promotional terms and conditions. Customers deemed to be abusing the terms of these promotional credits will have credits removed from their account and/or their account closed. BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time via the booking form or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org 12-hours cancellation notice is kindly requested to help us reschedule your appointment. Less than 12 hours notice: Any cancellations made within or less than 12 hours of your confirmed booked appointment time shall incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the cost of Service. More than 12 hours notice: Cancellations made before 12 hours of the appointment will be fully refunded. No-Shows: No shows or no notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the Services. You will be considered a “no-show” if you fail to be at your designated property after 10 minutes of your booked appointment time. Delays: If you are delayed please let us know by calling 07961023763 and let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our stylists are instructed to wait at your home or office for 10 minutes after the appointment start time. Unless otherwise specified, all paid sums are non-refundable. If you violate any of the Terms, your permission to use the Services and Website will automatically terminate We reserve the right to cancel any Booking without notice or cause. RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS Any requests to reschedule an appointment to a different time on the same day of the booked appointment time will be accommodated free of charge but subject to availability of the Beauty Professional.
THE WALNUT CLUB TERMS OF PRODUCT PRODUCT ORDERS ORDERING ERRORS You are able to correct errors and make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on 'place order' on the final page of our ordering process. If you realise you’ve made a mistake, you can call us immediately to try and change or cancel it. Don’t worry if the order has already been processed, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order for free, for a full refund. CONTRACT DELIVERY After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming you order, at this point a contract will form.Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Not all of our delivery options are available to all areas of the UK. RETURNS Whilst we hope that you love your order, occasionally things go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied please return the product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: all products must be returned un-used and un-opened in their original condition. Returns of opened cosmetic products will not be accepted unless deemed faulty (to be determined by the manufacturer). How to return items to The Walnut Club: 1. Email or use the contact form to our team at Customer Services to notify us that you’re sending something back and obtain your returns code and address details. 2. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a re-saleable condition. 3. Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods for refund or exchange 5. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as, for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by The Walnut Club. as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods and usually within 5 working days. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. CANCELLATION RIGHT Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
