RENTAL OPTIONS
There are 3 different rental options for our unique spaces. Required is a minimum commitment of 6 months for any rental options and you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. We require one months deposit and one months rent up front.
OPTION 1: 1 FULL DAY per week
Details: 1 x FULL DAY per week for a total of 12 hours.
Access 9am - 9pm
1 x months rent up front (£240) and 1 x months deposit required (£240). Minimum 6 month contract. Room day subject to availability.

OPTION 2: 1/2 WEEK
Details: 3.5 days per week allocated to you exclusively from 9am-9pm
Days included consist of 2.5 week days (half days either 9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm), PLUS one weekend day.
1 x months rent up front and 1 x months deposit required. Minimum 6 month contract. Room days subject to availability.

Details: FULL TIME EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE ROOM, 7 days per week allocated to you exclusively from 9am-9pm
1 x months rent up front and 1 x months deposit required. Minimum 6 month contract..

SHARING OPTION:
If you are in a business partnership (maximum 2 people) and would like to share a room on a full time basis then drop us an email, one months deposit and one months rent required, 6 month minimum stay.
EXTRAS:
Needle Disposal/Critical Waste Disposal £5 per week. Towel Service £10 per week.

Included in your rent is pin code access between 9am-9pm with full use of the space to meet and treat your clients and run your own business. We will list you as a 'resident' of The Walnut Club's CLUB ROOMS on our website so that you gain from free advertising to our client base. You will be given the opportunity to back link your booking/page/website/contact details for bookings. You have the opportunity to pay extra for a fresh towel service.
Terms and Conditions | Small Print
Any external lighting you would like to use as your kit is provided by you and you are responsible for locking it away after use. A direct debit must be set up for your rent, faliure to pay your rent on time will result in the pincode entry being chnaged, access denied and deposit retained. Your depsoit is for damage caused to the rooms, equipment or building as well as loss of keys.
